The North American Conference on Critical Personnel
Issues
Utilizing the combined professional resources of Saint Luke Institute
and The Southdown Institute, every second year a Critical Personnel
Issues Conference is offered to address personnel matters affecting
the quality of the life and ministry of women and men religious
and clergy and other church ministers. The conference enables Episcopal
and congregational leaders to explore complex mental health, placement
and organizational concerns as well as strategies to maintain their
own personal health and spiritual well-being. This conference is
limited to Episcopal leaders or their representatives and to congregational
leaders.
