Caritas Counseling Center offers professional psychological services and emotional healing. Our staff of psychologists, social workers and counselors take a holistic approach to psychological healing that respects and incorporates your faith and values. Our core services include:

Our expertise

We can help with a range of counseling issues, including anxiety and stress management; addictions and recovery; anger management; body image; depression; grief and loss; financial distress; job loss; relationships; relationships; self-esteem; trauma and more.

Individual counseling
This usually involves weekly, one-on-one confidential sessions with a therapist and is helpful for both short-term needs and more complex struggles. You will received support and feedback and learn effective recovery skills.

Group therapy 
This is particularly effective for developing new skills and behaviors related to recovery and learning to express emotions in a healthy way

Cost

We are committed to providing excellent therapy at a reasonable cost. In addition, although we are not on particular insurance panels, we will assist you in receiving out-of-network coverage that your insurance offers.
